There is a very important memo on crossing the border from California which can be found at this link. Spectators, please go to the link to read the do’s and don’ts while you enjoy the event. Also remember you will be in a foreign country and laws there are different then in the US.
It would be highly recommended to print all the links that you will needing while you are at the race. You may find yourself without internet in some areas and the useful information found at the links will be valuable. Most importantly, if you have not booked a hotel or a place to stay, you had better get on it as most places may already be full.
If you’re interested in official SCORE literature on what to expect, then you should check out the SCORE Journal. Inside are pieces on who to look out for in the race, contests and prizes, and what to do in Ensenada for fun or good times with family and friends.
Racers and fans heading to the Baja 500 have a safe journey to and from the race. Good luck to all racers, and may the best man (and machine) win!
