Off Road Xtreme’s only mission and purpose at SEMA is to find and report on the automotive aftermarket’s latest and greatest. Companies like Eaton Performance who specializes in drivetrain traction systems are exactly what we are looking for. Locking differentials, limited slip posi-traction differentials, and eLockers can significantly enhance the capabilities of a vehicle on and off-road.
For any rig that would require serious off-road capability, the Detroit Locker has been the go-to. These days, folks enjoy off-roading their late model daily driver and the eLocker is just the ticket item that provides on-demand performance. Eaton’s Director of Aftermarket Strategy, Cornellie Bogdon, announced the new eLocker for Jeep JL and JT as a flexible off-road upgrade.
It should be noted that they have vehicle-specific products for most common applications, both street and off-road, like the eLocker for Toyota trucks and SUVs.
Eaton’s ELocker for the Jeep JL and JT stood out but the giant Ford F-350 was what really caught our eye.
The master craftsman at Gateway Bronco punched out this amazing restomod of a classic. The centerpiece of this 70s era truck is a modern supercharged 7.3 Liter Godzilla. The Harrop Engineering supercharger is a key strategic partner with Eaton and co-develop world-class performance products.
Gateway Bronco is famous for constructing amazing vehicles and they are offering the Ford F-350 package for $350,000 with a 7-year bumper to bumper warranty. Seth Burgett, CEO and President of Gateway Bronco was thrilled to reveal this new truck in Eaton Performance’s SEMA booth. “This truck really stands out the show and we could not be more proud to showcase all the amazing Eaton products. We built this thing to do some serious wheeling and with the super charged Godzilla and eLockers, I believe it could literally drive through anything.”
