Energy Suspension had a lot of new products to show off at the SEMA show this year, including chassis and suspension bushings for the new 2015 Mustang, a Hyper-Flex master set for the NC MX-5 Miata, and a Coil-Spacer Lift Set for the Jeep Wrangler JK, as well as other exterior accessories.

The sixth generation Mustang has been getting a lot of love at SEMA this year and it’s only going to get more. Energy Suspension’s full suspension and chassis bushing kit replaces all of the OE rubber bushings with polyurethane units to stiffen up the chassis and ride quality. Their new V8 manual transmission mount insert reinforces the MT82’s OE rubber mount and delivers firmer, more responsive shifting. “It keeps the transmission from vibrating, and over rotating,” explained Mike Santa Cruz of Energy Suspension. They even had a cool display in the booth of the Mustang’s independent rear suspension setup with all of the bushings installed.
The Coil-Lift kit includes easy-to-install spring spacers and bump stops of the correct length — the kit is made of polyurethane and adds 1.75-inches of lift. Energy also debuted correct length tire bumpers for running large spare tires, as well as polyurethane hood latches that are UV resistant and won’t dry out and crack over time like the OE rubber units.
We all know Miatas are fun cars, and that’s why they debuted a Hyper-Flex master set for the third-gen NC Miata which includes bushings for front and rear control arms, sway bar, steering rack, and rear differential. Definitely some good stuff from Energy Suspension this year. Check out their website for more information!
